Original feedback for

Woodfield Court

End of life care

My mother died at Woodfield court a few months ago. The end of life care was poor. I knew she was slipping away (just like when one knows entr'acte baby is sick) but staff kept saying she would voice back and in my opinion made her do things that caused her distress. She had dementia so the situation was worse for her. Also the home is understaffed at weekends and mum had to sit in her poo for 20 minutes. When you enter and view go at the weekend preferably a Saturday.
