Woodlands (Ipswich Hospital)


No follow up

I was a voluntary inpatient and felt I was discharged too early. A care plan was given to me on my last day and my wife had to take me home. A follow up telephone contact was promised within 48 hours and this call was never received although we stayed at home for the whole 2 days waiting.
