I waited for 45mins for call to be answered

When i spoke to the health care practitioner and told them that I was in pain and have had little or no sleep for a few weeks and would like to talk to a doctor I was given a phone appointment for the 9th March, today being the 13th February. I'm not able to carry on with the pain till this time so i'm going to have to go to A & E and block up the emergency room to get to see a doctor because of this.
