Pharmacy slow and inefficient. GP dismissive.

Trying to collect repeat prescriptions always slow and often not ready even if I have a text to say it's ready. Staff too busy talking about how tanned their ankles are. When I asked GP how to book in for blood test and would he send me a text with a link he said 'I can do, no skin off my nose'. Very rude and dismissive.
