It's easing

It does feel like things are easing now and although I was 40th in the queue on the phone I was able to talk to a doctor and have then been invited in for an appointment. I do feel that most of the contact I've had has been by phone and that some elements aren't as good as having a face to face. I have been able toget follow up appointments when needed and staff including reception are good.
