Busy phones are frustrating

I visited the surgery today as I need to see a doctor and the reception team have arranged for me to see the duty doctor , which I'm now waiting for. The phones are very busy and frustrating and I end up having to wait for the call back which I don't find easy, this is why I came to the surgery this morning. The doctors and nurses are good and generally I get to see the same three GPs mostly which is good.
