Very good personally
Following major surgery on a broken shoulder/top of arm, I have found the e-consult services invaluable. I send in a request for my pain medication by 6.30am and by 10am latest I have either received a text or as today a telephone call from a Dr saying my meds will be available within the hour. The Dr was very reassuring as to my ongoing pain. I wasn’t rushed and he listened. Bypassing the receptionists makes it all less stressful. The Drs and medical staff have always been brilliant to my family and I. First class service when we need them. They all do an amazing job. Unfortunately, reception can be very rude so I find by using the online service I can avoid that particular stress. Saying that the stress builds again when collecting the prescription. I really think the pharmacy need to rethink how they lay out their area. Prescription times are regularly 30 mins+. They all appear frazzled, can’t find prescriptions leading to many patients getting irate.
