Appalling system. Can't get an appointment
Can't get a simple face to face consult without having to use their unnecessarily difficult e-consult system. Doctors then ignore the contact request (ie. email NOT call). They then call when I can't answer expecting me to drop everything and come to an appointment immediately. Then can't easily try to re-organise an appointment. This is a THIRD WORLD service. And to make it worse, the receptionists can often be rude.
