Seen the same day
We've had same day appointments with our baby but when using econsult it often says to call the surgery any way. It's hard to know how to answer some questions that are asked. It then means you have to wait on the phone to get through on the phone. The way staff ask you to go online can vary too, some are very helpful with others it's just expected that you do use online access. I felt that my baby's 6 week check was more of a tick list rather than really trying to understand how things were.
