E consult playing up but reception helpful

Tried doing e consult but it wouldn’t play nicely with me so rang reception who were very helpful when told them the problems I was having. In a way I understand why people don’t like e consult and I suppose we are stuck in our ways. But for me it was a quick easy route to getting the care I required.
