Not as quick as would've liked
When I contacted the surgery first thing I was told that the only way to get an appointment was to go online and that I needed to ask someone to do it for me which wasn't good. I got a family member to help me and completed an econsult but I did not receive a call back until late in the day when I was then invited in for an appointment. On seeing the doctor I was told to quickly go to hospital for bloods and the eye clinic. (Bloods couldn't be done at the surgery as it was too late), I wasn't told how serious the condition could've been and only found out later on. I have had difficulties getting the medication I've needed but staff today have been trying to sort it all out for me.
