Don't use the surgery much

The phones can be busy but it is good to know where you are in the queue when calling the surgery. I've had my annual review by phone and then arranged an appointment online which is a good option to have. I do find the layout of the chairs which face away from the clinicians calling you a bit odd but can see they face the new screen. The air con was quite breezy this week where I was sitting.
