Rapid deterioration
The standard of care has rapidly deteriorated over the past few years. What used to be regarded as a flagship health centre is now nothing more than an overstretched pill dispensary. Many of the receptionists when approached display no empathy towards the patient and attempt to fob everything off to e consult. E consult is difficult to navigate and is not an effective method for elderly patients to convey their symptoms. When a successful doctors appointment is made, it is usually in the form of a telephone conversation.
