Original feedback for

Woolpit Health Centre

Very poor service from GP

My husband who has serious mental health issues and has previously been treated well at Woolpit had to make an emergency appointment as he was feeling suicidal and in need of accute mental health services. The GP disregarded his claim, advising that if my husband felt suicidal to 'tell his wife' and you'll feel better soon, get on with it. He only suggested a blood test as a last resort. My husband ended up in a&e that night, and eventually with the mental health crisis team which is where he should have been referred at his gp appointment.
