Access to doctors can be tricky

It has taken 4 weeks to get a general appointment an it's difficult to know whether an issues is an 'on the day issue' or not. Reception staff, at times, can be abrupt when you're trying to get an appointment and it can feel very 'gate keepery'. Doctors offer good patient care but there can be a bit of a wait to see a female doctor. It would be great to know how many doctors are working and to be kept informed about longer delays with appointments. There have been very positive changes made to the reception area.
