Poor with bottlenecks and delays in getting medicines

Needs to be a logical system for storing medication ready for collection (staff can't find medications). Staff regularly ask patients to come back later because they cannot find medication. There appears to be a bottleneck in checking medication prior to collection; this means we are asked to come back later.
