Slow service, dirty, and staff member very rude

Went to the Pharmacy to pick up prescription, There was 7 people in front of me with no social distancing and 2 members of the public not wearing masks. When after 15 mins I got to the front of the queue I got a very abrupt member of staff asking me what I wanted. Said I came for my prescription. Kept waiting another 5 mins, on their return they said they never had it. I asked to see someone else. Another member of staff helped me and found it. The area was very crowded with the vaccinations being done here too. The toilet that I used and area were very dirty, wrong for a pharmacy.

Refused Covid 19 booster jab

Today my husband was refused his Covid booster jab at Worlingham Pharmacy as he had had his flu jab within the last 7 days. He was told by a volunteer that if he had had both done today this would have been ok.
We had a wasted round trip of over 50 miles.
Going to the pharmacy website it points to a facebook post which confirms the 7 day interval but who in their right mind would check Facebook before travelling to an appointment when the NHS confirmation email does not mention this.
The phone was not answered by the pharmacy and when voicemail eventually kicked in there was no facility to leave a message.
