Had psychology service for my teenager’s anxiety and OCD, had to wait and fight long to reach to them. Once reached, got 6 sessions with assistant psychologist which was helpful, afterwards recommended to receive CBT, waited again, met the therapist for twice and denied CBT. Then they made up the report to twist in a way that would justify their decision. CBT therapist was not skillful with dealing the teenager as well. She did more harm than good in that 2 sessions and with the report. We were being left with more than anxious before teenager. They are very clever (for themselves) to get rid of the patients and to reduce their waiting list and twisted reports. I am sure there will be inaccuracies in the clinical notes they have written if we asked for the records, but couldn’t be bothered anymore because we got enough stress with bringing up an anxious teenager.

Criteria set beyond the needs of many families and leaves them isolated and anxious and no where to get advice and support from those with the expertise.

As above, not much support or help, Suffolk do not want to give second diagnosis. Have gone out of county to receive support. Staff don’t know how to support because they don’t live with a disabled child 24/7.

My daughter gave up and her mental health became significantly worse after they constantly changed psychiatrist. Each one had different views and wanted to keep changong medications and doses. They are absolutely useless and do more harm than good.

Medical records now inaccurate after numerous mistakes when they type up after appointments, which now makes it impossible to get any help.

Been battling everyone for over 8 years this year my 11 year old daughter got diagnosed with emotional dysregulation disorder and now on the asd pathway.

No follow up
No phone calls as promised
No neurologist psychologist appointment made as promised

Lack of skills with teenagers, no empathy, no help or support and very judgemental. Situation deteriorated further and young person now seriously unwell as nothing done at the time.

My partner is in a care home and has Lewy body dementia and Parkinson's disease. NSFT Suffolk coastal IDT are completely incompetent. I have made a complaint and received what amounted to a cut and paste replay. There is no option on this form to award a zero rating.

Long waiting times for urgent case. Poor communication and lack of skills dealing with teenagers needs. Signposted to wrong organisation which caused more delays. Caused more distress than good
