The staff who work here are flexible and their approach is friendly and helpful, they really do seem to go the extra mile. With the covid jab I was using two sticks and had difficulty with my mobility I was initially asked to go to Ipswich but then they phoned me and told me that when they had a spare space at the pharmacy they would fit me in and they did, they were really good to me.
Excellent service by professional staff.

I have multiple health conditions that require regular medication. Cannot fault service. Excellent.

Its over a week to wait for repeat prescriptions and even then sometimes they are out. Could be better.

Frequently fail to send script to catheter provider, or send it to wrong place.

Use the online to book appointments and order prescriptions which works really well. Can be difficult to see a specific doctor.
Rarely use my doctors.

Very rarely have to come to the doctors. I had to cancel my appointment at 8.15 yesterday as I couln't get a taxi. I've got a later appointment today which has worked well

Generally we see the nurses more often which works ok. Getting to see a doctor is difficult and that's when you see a nurse. Calling in the morning is frustrating as you go through all theoptions and are then told all lines are busy and have to start allover again
Good continuity of care. Evening appointments are useful.

I like the continuity of care, to be able to see the same doctor. This works well. A few more toys for children would be good. I can always donate! The evening appointments are useful to have
