They really are great

I can get an appointment the same day here no problem. I have always been fitted in somehow. The doctors will be at Chesterfied Drive when I move there (Landseer Road is closing at the end of the year). They have also been very supportive of me as a carer.
They listen and receptionists are very good

GP arranged for scan after listening to me. Receptionists are very good. I'll be going to Ravenswood when Landseer Road closes.

Good surgery, closing it will cause so many problems, as ever it is the pateints who will suffer.
Not happy with the running down of services.

Since the announcement of closure in 2020 the services have been run down to a point where service is very poor. I am a pensioner and have to travel across town to the sister surgery for basic services. The waiting list for simple procedures can be two months. Appalling. This used to be a good practice. Not any more. Sad to see this destroyed by business interests. Patient care comes second to personal business interest. Should not be allowed.

We as a family have been with this practice since birth. It is a great shame they are looking to close. Will have to register with another practice as travelling to Chesterfield Drive is completely impractical. Far too great a distance to travel. Without a car would need to catch 2 buses there and back.

Been here years and very pleased. Some of my family transferred but we stayed. I like the Dr's and reception staff are friendly.

Chairs were wet. Bathroom Dirty. Dr's are not good, reception less. Some Drs are lovely but different.
I like the Practice

I like this little practice very much. It meets my families needs well. Dr's are good. The planned closure is a shame - I will have to re-register.
