Very pleasant pharmacist

What has happened to this place? I used to get my prescriptios from here but they are not stocked at all, looks empty. I have now moved my repeat prescriptions to Lloyds in Newmarket and its free delivery, works well and are well stocked!

I used to do my childs prescriptions online but the new computer system doesn't allow it any more and it now takes more time to process. We've actually run out of medication and because my child has so many different medications that we must have at all times I am now requesting each individual item on separate prescriptions so that when they are unable to get the item in I can easily take to any pharmacy rather than being tied to a specific one. It's making getting medication much more difficult but I would rather know that I can get the meds we need by going to multiple pharmacies than run out again. We've had two Libra monitors fail this month but getting replacements has been tricky as we're only allocated 4 each month. They then want to know why you need extra when they've just not worked.

My partner was unable to get medication at New year due to a system failure they never bothered to tell the GP practice about so GP had no idea electronic prescriptions weren’t going through so we had a lot of hassle running around to get it sorted before he ran out.
Today its closed because theres no pharmacist and we can’t collect til Monday. We both work and can only get there on a Saturday. He will run out of meds on Monday so going to have to take time off work and hope they are open.

No problems with staff. Always professional, helpful and pleasant

No pharmacist on duty so Lloyd's closed again. Not open lunchtimes either

Never answers several phone calls hard to contact, 30 min trying to contact missed call ?

I went in for my daughters prescription and waited 25 minutes for them to tell me they had none of it and I had to come back the next day which I did for the time they told me to and again they hadn’t sorted like they said they would of

Just moved to the area and unsure of procedures between GP and pharmacy.
I have a complex monthly repeat prescription I am disabled so I was relieved that the process is going so well.

Also they take a week to process your prescription. Other chemists have it bagged up and ready to go. For instance Lloyd's in Sainsburys Thetford.. Fantastic service in there. When I complained she said it was because of Xmas. I felt like saying it's like all the time in there. Its awlful having to quere standing up for long if you have arthritis.
