I was a bit shocked

I had to collect medications for a friend who was too ill to travel into town herself. It took me about 15 minutes to get served and a further 20 minutes for the medications to come out to the counter. The staff attitude wasn't great either. I was a bit shocked at the poor service so I spoke with my friend about when I delivered her medication and she told me it is always like that. The pharmacists seem to always be changing. I am very pleased that I am able to collect my medication from the practice dispensary.
a re-think to give out meds

I went into this pharmacy to pick up my husbands prescription. There were a few addicts waiting for their medication sitting on the floor using fowl language, it was awful to be around. I feel the service needs to think about how they deal with this better as I do not wish for myself or my Grandchild who was with me to be exposed to this.
Repeat online ordered

Went into the pharmacy for my repeat that I ordered online, and I left it more than 48 hours. I queued for ages in the pharmacy and then they said they hadn't got it ready yet and they had to 'print it off'. I was then told to in future ring in the morning that I wish to pick it up to let them know I am coming in and they will then get it ready. Ridiculous!
Weird prescription system

My repeat prescription was given to me by pharmacy to then take to GP to be signed but also sent electronically to the pharmacy. Pharmacy said its to save money. Seems a bit all over the place system.
Over an hour wait

I took my prescription in and it took over an hour to get it. No one said it would be that long. It never used to be that long.
Queues out the door

I do not know what has happened to this pharmacy, but it is so busy, with queues out the door. I was in to by something (not get a prescription) and it took 20 minutes before I was seen. It was stressful.
