Provided a good service and delivered and then picked up the equipment we had been using on time and when they said they would. The equipment was all of a good standard too.

When equipment has to be replaced or repaired it’s not always been easy to sort it. My expectations would be this would be carried out sooner.
Equipment not collected when agreed

Collection of equipment following a family death arranged for Sunday but drivers didn’t turn up. It was a 9-5 collection time and the Service user waited in all day.
