Rude towards other agency staff.

June 9, 2018
Rude towards other agencies staff. Not willing to help or sign post. Not willing to reassess one of their former costumers. Not listening to new information or even to the question from staff about other possible options. The only answer to everything was "we can not do anything". Tried to ask several times if they could advise about other services that could help. No chance to finish the question. Made me feel lonely and very frustrated as a support worker dealing with an issue for what I am not ready or paid to deal with. Mental health relay on support workers to deal with complex mental health issues, instead of being supportive and at least give directions to other services. I got very clear message "you are not capable to help" But I am sure that your advise could be a bit more extended. This gentleman needs are increasing towards more care needs and where he lives now is not appropriate for him. I just asked for signposting and I got the following answer "this is not our problem".
