Very positive experience

Overall, continuing healthcare professional provide a comprehensive and individualised assessment to resident. They are polite and friendly to both staff and residents. Communication between care home and CHC prior to day of assessment.

Home from home - all round perfect. I have been coming to Mildenhall Lodge over the past few years. The care provided is outstanding. Sunbed has been a real bonus added to the home over the past year to both residents and visitors. The activities provided have been outstandingl Everyone is included as much as they feel they want to. Must also comment on the cleanliness 10 out of 10

I visit a resident as a friend from St. NIcholas Hospice, Hospice Neighbour scheme. The staff are always
friendly and helpful. The rooms and public areas are kept clean, neat and tidy. There are plenty of activities to keep the residents entertained. The food looks good

I have been visiting Mildenhall Lodge weekly for many years. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile; such a homely smile the minute you walk through the door.
I have always witnessed such caring staff. The entertainment and activities provided are second to non - I often want to stay myself. To see the joy on the face of each resident is priceless. A truly fantastic home

My Mum has been in Mildenhall Lodge for just over a year now and she has settled really well. The staff are attentive and keep me up to date with Mum's welfare. Mum is always calm and appears happy when I visit. In all this is Mum's home and she is very settled

Excellent care!!! Thank you. So happy mum is living at Mildenhall Lodge and is having excellent care. The entertainment is outstanding. All the staff are very friendly which means so much to the families and the residents Thank you all.

A caring welcoming care home with outstanding staff. Caring compassionate staff, always on hand to solve any issues. Healthy appropriate menus for the elderly. Well organised family fun days. Maybe more of these would be great

Day centre We are always welcomed with a big smile and manages to put my husband, who has Altzheimers, at ease and calm him down if he is having a bad morning.
There are always stimulating activities arranged appropriate to the needs of the attendees. Larger activities at the care home offer enjoyable entertainment.
It is very unfortunate that this centre is not better attended. The building is modern and beautifully decorated, warm, light and bright
