PACT is a support group in Suffolk for parents/carers supporting children or young people who have poor mental health or a diagnosed mental health disorder. Very supportive offering advice, training, support, signposting & regular meetups to get together (with coffee/tea). Details on the website

Great support

PACT are so supportive and the added bonus of it being local means it's easy to get relevant advice on local services. There's always someone around to listen and offer advice or just to empathise which is sometimes all that's needed. Run by parents who've 'been there' means the support is second to none.
