Sleep clinic amazing

I stayed at the sleep clinic for a week and it was like a 5star hotel, amazing. The only issue I had was booking visitor appointments online. My husband doesn't go online so booking to visit was very difficult. He had to ask staff to book him in taking them away from their duties, there should've been another option such as a phone line.

After surgery I was discharged but had to wait for medication. At 10.15am I sat and waited, my family turned up at 11 to take me home. We waited and waited for my medication and letter. At 4.30pm someone finally gave me what I needed stating nothing needed to change. This hold up was extremely stressful.

I was referred to the hospital by my GP while I was at the surgery and they called an ambulance to take me there straight away. I was in at 4 pm and being operated on by 5 pm. I then stayed for 2 days, the care was amazingly good and staff were always so caring and considerate during my stay. Even now I still see the same consultant but at West Suffolk hospital rather than me having to visit Papworth which is great.

when arranging appointments they've been very good; if I say that it's easier to get transport with NEPTS if the appointment is later, they do what they can

Fantastic. My wife had a heart attack and she was taken straight to the theatre and had 2 stents put in and now she is fine.

Staff were friendly and explained everything in detail. I had an MRI and a lot of other tests and it was all good.

They were brilliant when I had my heart operation. I stayed for 5 days and then went in to respite for a while.
