Pleasantly surprised.

Visited the foot health service. It was the first time I've had the pulse in my feet checked. Overall experience was very good and thorough. This was my first visit to Suffolk Foot health service.
Appointment system has changed for blood test

I turned up to have a blood test recently but they had changed the system so that you don't just take a ticket and wait anymore. I had to book on a computer or online at home, I struggled to use the computer and then had to wait 1.5 hours for the appointment. It would have been better if they had let patients know, the old system was better.

The person was good but I got discharged too early. My knee wasn't hurting that day but hurt the day after

The physiotherapist talked to me about what I had. She gave me exercises to ease the pain and was very positive

Nurse was nice and made me feel comfortable when taking my blood. Waiting times were long and was taken in well past appointment time
