I went in to pick up my prescription

I went in to get my prescription and was ridiculed and humiliated but the pharmacy manager by who did not realise I was sitting there, and called my name incorrectly which all the staff started laughing until they realised I was there and heard them. Shame I couldn't leave the stars blank.

Twice I've experienced not very caring or sensitive help at the pharmacy around end of life care.

I am well looked after. I had a phone call to call us in for a special appointment. As with all surgeries it is not always easy to get an appointment. The music upstairs is a little loud.

I do feel the GPs are very good here, I find them respectful and personable. I tend to book in advance to get the same doctor unless it is an emergency. I do find the staff very friendly. You do have to wait at appointments, sometimes up to an hour.
I do feel that the GP gives lots of time to me, and I don't feel rushed. I am very pleased with this surgery and would not change anything.

Good telephone booking system

Getting an appointment is easy and the booking system is very good on the phone. I would like the consistency of the same GP. Quite happy with this surgery.
Can get appointments easily, wouldn't change.

I've been coming here since a child. My son has asthma and is treated well, which puts my mind at rest.
