The dentists are never running to time, that's if your appointment is not cancelled at short notice. A check up consists of having your teeth counted by the dentist who then requests a return visit in 6 months.

The dentist here has given me a fear of dentists after he made one of my eyes numb when numbing my mouth to deep clean my gums. It was a really frightening experience and he changed his mind about treatment at visits. He also charged my husband for a gum shield because he said he grinds his teeth at night despite my husband saying he didnt, he is all about money and now I've been refused treatment because apparantly in the midst of a pandemic I never turned up for an appointment and was charged £10 which I never paid over a year ago because I didnt know I owed £10 if I did know I obviously would've paid it and now they are refusing me an appointment with a hygenist. I dont want to go back to that dentist again so that suits me fine. I feel he doesnt know what he is doing.

I was late for my appointment but the staffs were very polite, friendly and accommodating. They help me with my teeth problems even though they need to stay late. The procedure was completed in most comfortable way. I never felt like I am on a dentist chair. Highly recommend it. The dentist explained me the procedure before, after and during the process. Thanks for the team.

Receptionist listened to the problem, suggested a solution, booked an appointment for 5 days time. Was aware that the patient is extremely elderly, limited mobility and registered blind. Receptionist was extremely polite, friendly, compassionate and caring.. A very positive experience

I have been a patient with this practice since 2008. I have been unhappy with my treatment and care but I have no knowledge of what options are available to me to discern what further or other advice on treatment is available. If it was a medical condition in the NHS I could ask for a second opinion from another doctor/consultant. Is there a similar facility for NHS dental treatment
