I've been with Tooth Booth for about 10 years and found them very good on all matters i have had done such as fillings, caps, general hygiene and advice

They provide a service here at home to my bed bound daughter. They are very considerate, kind and caring.
Did not keep appointment in care home

An appointment had been made for an elderly resident in the care home. A carer 'phoned to see if anyone had been out and if not, why not. The receptionist said it had been postponed for some reason - maybe she was on holiday. No apology. They said they will call back when she has found an appointment.
Staff were very rude and impatient

I showed Tooth Booth down to the correct unit and they asked to have the MARR charts and care plan of the resident. As I was unaware of why they needed these confidential documents I asked why. They were very rude and snappy with their answer and seemed offended that I had even asked. I also know that a few of the other staff said they were very rude and trying to rush both them and the residents
Extremely poor staff attitude

Rude and impatient. Tooth Booth arrived and were rushing. The resident's family were not present but they appeared to expect them to be. However, we were not given a time of arrival and only told they would be here between 9 and 5. When I was trying to contact the family regarding a £200 plus quote, they told me I was wasting their time. Also, they asked me to complete a feed back form that they filled in themselves

My husband is housebound and the Tooth Booth team come out to our house for my husbands treatment, very efficient service.

I did have to wait weeks for the appointments but between the appts. they did bring them closer together so I was without my front teeth for less time. The nurse was really great and held my hand while I had the work done. She was very re-assuring.

The treatment has slowly improved over the years, but some staff are still rude.
Happy with dentist

I went to the dentist yesterday to have teeth removed. Although not very nice I was happy with how the dentist did it. I only had to wait a week for the appointment which wasn't bad. I've been told my gums will be ready for the new teeth in April when i'll go back for further treatment.
