It's always been brilliant here and I can get an appointment easily. I find the staff to be friendly and professional.

On the day appointments good

Delay at being called in is my only issue here though to be fair it is usually minor, not more than 20-25 minutes which I don't think is that bad. Everything else is pretty well OK and on the day appointments are usually available if I am poorly and I consider that good.

We do apologise you have experienced longer waiting times, unfortunately this is not always avoidable due to clinicians having limited time per appointment and having to deal with on the day medical emergencies that may arise. The dispensary on more than one occasion has been very thorough and helpful to ensure residents get the medication they needed. They are always willing to sort out problems and they are thoroughly pleasant as well.

The doctor respected the dignity of the resident, communicated clearly so the resident understood. He kept the resident calm and relaxed throughout the examination, respecting the resident at all times
