Adaptable approach

I do find the surgery to be adaptable with its appointments. I would like to see more appointments available though. If I ask for a phone appointment with the doctor instead of me coming to the surgery they accommodate this.
Wonderful

I get seen quickly and have been referred to pain clinic recently which was good. I think they are wonderful here really. I think a screen to call patients in would be an improvement but other than that I cannot think of anything.
Better time keeping

Having to wait at appointment can be a bit frustrating seems they need better time keeping. For children it is very quick and responsive but seems a bit different for adults, I usually wait for about a week to get one, I think it should be waiting 1-2 days maximum.
It's the staff that make it so good here

It's the staff that make it so good here, they usually bend over backwards to fit me in when needed. I feel so well looked after. I cannot fault the surgery. The only thing to mention is that the car park is too small.
Outstanding care from nurses

I have been coming to the surgery for several weeks and had a lot of care, I had to have a large skin graft from donor skin, the care from all three nurses here has been outstanding. I do think that the new automatic door opening outwards is dangerous though.
You are seen promptly

You get seen promptly, we are lucky here, they look after you well. The car park is a bit small that is all.
Willingness and Friendliness here

I like the willingness and friendliness to help, they always seem to do their best to accommodate. They are a little bit old fashioned and that is a good thing. The building and the car park is a bit small but what can be done about that?
Friendliness and accommodating

I moved to Bury some time ago and wanted to remain at this surgery because it is so good, they are friendly and accommodating. I can usually get a regular appointment in less that a week. I cannot think of any improvements needed.
Would like more GP continuity

They are very accommodating at this surgery, the nurse who takes the bloods is very good. I would like to see more GP continuity as I always seem to see a different GP each time I come.
Slow service at the front counter

I find that you can't get through on the phone easily. I stand at the front counter too long before I am served. I could get an appointment within 2 days. I do have to wait a while before I am called in to be seen too.
