My appointments with the psychologist are not happening because the individual is off and no replacement is covering the work. They are obviously short staffed and just cancel the appointments. They often ask when would suit me for appointments but then can't do when I'd like anyway so why ask. There is just no consistency with staff.

A very disappointing meeting. I was full of hope and left feeling very disappointed. What people don't understand is you expect to talk to a caring and understanding health provider and I felt like I was misunderstood and looked down on. These people are not properly qualified to deal with such matters and sadly it shows. I wasn't followed up either. Really quite appalling practice.

Dr still goes above and beyond the call of duty and so do the team

The majority of my health care was positive, with some truly supportive people. However, one practitioner called family who had no permission to discuss my care. The technical reply given was that it was to check up on me and not discuss care. Nevertheless, the practitioner was in contact with my family, talking about me, without my permission.

My demeanour was calm through the bulk of the care, but upon receipt of an email that was threatening to withdraw care because my progresse stalled the relationship soured and mood on my end. Whilst a care provider has the right to terminate care if progress stalls, my care was going somewhat well pre covid yet after IDT returned to visits mid lockdown there was sense of urgency to move my care out of the IDT service, and it felt like a chain of events were set in motion to steer the care plan into termination.

My biggest mistake was to not get Pals involved in a complaint as soon as the breech in trust took place, as I'm now without care and in a vulnerable position.

There are some good people who work at Stowmarket IDT, sadly, one individual was so hazardous to my care that the experience became destructive and ruined all progress thst had been made.

They will gaslight you, never keep you up-to-date or involve you in any decisions regarding your care, and they're slow - why have I been waiting 3 months for access to some webinars? Their incompetence and my care-co's inexperience and inability to do even the basics led to many suicide attempts. Plus, on one occasion my care-co's reply to me feeling suicidal was 'I don't want to go to coroner's court'.

36 days ago i had a telephone appointment that told me with out asking me that i would be prescribed a new tablet today it has been subscribed, by a telephone call from the suffolk primary healthcare https://suffolkprimarycare.uk/ saying they are also a doctors surgery and a clinical technician but their not a Doctor, over whelming with information and being pretentious about the situation by using more phrases than needed, she has told me that i will be issued a 10mg dose then it will increase to 15mg without a medical review to see how the tablet works, i have also been issued allergic medication that is on my patient summary, one way conversations breaching people's diligence with no remorse, but more difficulties by hanging up telephone calls. No support for help.

Team did not listen or provide adequate time to elaborate. Rushed appointment to get us out. Trying to tick boxes without listening and felt it was a complete waste of our time never mind the wait to actually get the appointment a fuller assessment would of been beneficial and taken no resources

Was given a care coordinator and psych but only for one phone call!!
I have been suicidal with complex mh needs and left with no support at all!
They even watered down what I told them and as per usual their record keeping is so skewed in favour of them and NOT patients.
I have complex Ptsd /Borderline schizoprenia and severe depression.
They said oh we will refer you to Mind they will provide support-I do not think a 20 min phone call once a week is anywhere near the support I NEED!
Am at risk.

Told to go private, leading with denial and sarcasm, waiting 8 weeks for an appointment then having lies wrote on paper and being lied to face.
