Rude Staff

On call duty mental health nurse, abrupt, non-empathetic, a rude attitude, non-understanding, power gone to head, its nearly 5pm why are you calling attitude, the service users wellbeing is not my respsonsibility, passed the buck.

Duty worker was kind and compassionate

The duty worker remembered me from the last time I had met her and was kind and compassionate. She helped me to view my strengths and the positives of my situation whilst still acknowledging how difficult things were.

All the consultants and nurses that my husband has seen have been wonderful. Efficient, supportive, friendly and understanding of dementia.
