Happy enough but because staff are busy you feel uncomfortable.
Change the appointment system

change the appointment system. If I don't get through between 8.00 - 8.10 or 1.00 - 1.10 forget it.
Problem getting appointments

It is appalling to ring at 8 am. to get an appointment and you have to be lucky within the first 2 minutes to get one, otherwise they are all gone.

They say they have taken on 4 new doctors but they do not seem to be full time. You cannot get an appointment very easily, it is very hard. If you walk in, you have to sit and wait 3 - 4 hours, a long time

Cannot be seen by a GP for at least 4 weeks. Rang surgery to get appointment with GP and was told the earliest I could get it is the 1st June. I said it was quite serious as I am not able to breathe through my nose and my ears are blocked as well and it's affecting my personal and professional life. She said to call at either 8am or 1pm to book the appointment which I did this morning for at least 20 times but it was always too busy.

Clinics and nurses are always available within a reasonable time frame and always helpful . Doctors are harder to get but are accessible. Always found receptionists polite and helpful. I think a sit and wait policy should be available at Clements on Saturday mornings to make it easier for people who work mon to Friday's.
