Poor. No access to Continuing Health Care funding

No adequate help. Requested Continuing health care funding. In Suffolk attempts to gain CHF was stopped at every avenue from hospital -rehab- care home

Poor and staff unhelpful.

Staff not helpful. Shouldn't have to fight to get the support that someone is entitled to. Res. home or full time carer. Not flexible. Carers wouldn't be able to get up at night. One off support for night.
