Dangerously inept

Went for a Covid jab. They hoodwinked me into having a BP test. The staff were miserable and the person who gave me the jab just didn’t know what they was doing. Obviously part of a chain that uses people to make money, avoid.

Had my booster injection here. Was very relaxed and friendly. Staff were polite and the experience was very smooth, even though it was fairly busy.
Not a suitable place for vaccines.

A small cupboard sized room for the treatment area doesn’t seem suitable. All members of staff were searching for a customer's prescription, meaning that the people coming in the door were not seen. It did not feel well run or efficient. Social distancing was not followed at all, which I found very worrying and disappointing. I will not return there for any other vaccines.

So I went in for my prescription pills, there was a big queue so I waited until it was my turn (a lot of general gossip chatting later between pharmacist and customers), to be told loudly “why are you taking these pills?”, I was shocked so didn’t really know what to say, they then again loudly said “we don’t have these, you’ll have to go someplace else but I wouldn’t be taking these at your weight!”. These pills are contraceptive pills which I’ve been on for years with constant doctor supervision and I did not appreciate being spoken to in that manner in front of so many people. How very unprofessional! Will never use again!!

They never supply prescriptions on time, repeatedly fail to live up to their promises of when they’ll be ready, consequently causing endless pointless journeys back and forth. They seem to work in a complete fog as nobody seems to know where anything is. Cannot put up with it any longer and have changed to an alternative and far more efficient pharmacy less than two miles away.

Cant believe this place is still open it's that bad, never have your drugs in so you have to wait 2 weeks or more. Manager is never there so staff are abrupt and rude, I have moved now to another
