Difficult to get items

The Pharmacy ran out of heart medication so I was with out the tablets for 4 days. I also requested catheter bags but it took so long for them to come in that I ran out. They also still send prescription items when they are not requested.

Pharmacy say they'll ring and don't despite St Elizabeth Hospice asking them to ring to let me know when urgent prescription was ready to collect. Difficult to get through to the pharmacy.
