Appointment made online. Turned up ten minutes early. Asked to sit but did not touch the chair before I was called. Friendly Phlebotomist.

The phlebotomist who took my blood was rude and impatient. Her communication skills were under par, she barked at me with unclear instructions and when I didn't understand what she was asking of me. No please, no thank you, no hello, no goodbye. Why is it that some NHS staff think they can treat service users like they are something on the bottom of their shoe?

Easy to book

This system is very easy to book and in general, they run on time. If you need to change/cancel the appointment, it is easy to do. Only frustration is that you can wait a few weeks, but my surgery is worse for getting bloods. Staff lovely.
Waiting times

My surgery tells me to get bloods here, and they are 'urgent'. It however, takes at least 3 weeks. Waiting times therefore are ridiculous. I know they are also extremely busy and have many come through. It is also extremely efficient, I just feel 3 weeks is not 'urgent'. It could be the surgery fault though.
