Good service

Its a good service but I would rather have the appointments at my surgery because it is so costly getting here. Luckily I no longer need to come so regularly as it was very expensive especially when I don't drive any more.
Lost result and bad brusing

I had to have a blood test repeated because of a borderline result. I went on a Friday and it is Wednesday now, no result has been published to my GP Surgery.
Plus the young woman who took the sample from me was rather rough, it hurt and she didn't put the needle in correctly. I have a large bruise around the site of sample, I'm not on any blood thinners.

Efficient, professional and speedy

This service is so efficient. I regularly use it. You book an appointment, always seen within less than 5 minutes of arriving. Staff are friendly and helpful. On Monday this week, receptionist was very helpful to me when the self service check in wouldn’t register me. Compared to the old system of turning up and waiting (sometimes for an hour) this is so so much better :-)
Second time my blood test results are lost

First results for a blood count went missing last week the receptionist took my blood this time Blood Sugar Level was lost. Never going there again terrible service.

Great service.(name removed) the receptionist is the friendliest most professional person I think I have ever met! A real credit to you.
The on-line booking system was wrong.

The on-line booking system (which is the only way to book a blood test) would not allow me to book for my daughter (a child). There was no mention of the fact that children were not accepted and I had taken her there previously. I tried to call the helpline but it rang out then cut off with a rude message saying you can't leave a message, bye - then the call ended. I did manage to book an alternative appointment at Ipswich Hospital but that was not my preferred choice. Very frustrating.

All staff were pleasant and greeted me in a cheerful manner.

Very positive experience

Attended for blood test. Booking was easy online and the reminder text and email were also helpful. The system for booking in at the site was simple with accurate information displayed on the screen and a clear indication about which room to attend. Very little waiting around, may even have been called in earlier than my slot. The staff were helpful and friendly. Much much better than the previous system at Riverside with long waiting times and frustrated patients crammed into the small corridor.
