Went in early, signed in using electronic machine, was seen in a matter of minutes, quick professional service, very pleased.

In my experience it is really good here. I get a same day appointment and the doctors are lovely.
Fair but wish it was easier to get an appointment.

Difficulty getting appointments with GP. Link worked. 3 calls still unable to get appointment due to rotas not available. No hospital results still from December! Told to phone hospital myself. Hospital didn't know whether clinic's rheumatology results were to be put on in July Still not received.
I can always get an appointment when needed

When talking to my GP she makes sure I understand fully what she is saying as English is not my first language. Phoning for appointments works well and I can always get appointments when needed.

If you call on the day you always get an appointment when needed or they will try to help you over the phone. I've been very impressed.

Clinicians are first class but the reception staff can be a bit off sometimes.

I rang 17 times in one day to try and make an appointment, couldn't get through and had to go into the surgery to talk to someone and then had to insist on them making me an appt.
