My eye screening was done at Moreton Hall and was good but it would be great to be able to have the appointment in Haverhill as it's not an easy trip for a lot of people.

Appointment letters contain all the information needed and the actual appointments are available in different locations which helps. The staff when I see them are always lovely too.

My annual appointment letters arrive when they should and appointments are in good locations such as here at The Rookery. I'm very happy with how the appointments are done and with the staff who are very friendly.

Having the screening offered in a local venue is great. The appointments come through when expected and when I attend the appointment there are no huge delays and it all goes smoothly. Very good.

I have regular eye scans because I'm diabetic and the letter inviting me in for the appointment always arrives when it should. The appointments are in convenient locations in the community which makes attending them much easier.

I have my diabetic eye screening at Hartismere hospital which is really great, much easier to get to as I need family to take me to my appointments. The staff are always friendly and make it a pleasant experience.

I feel that it is moving back to normal now and I prefer that they are offering more local appointments at Stowhealth.
