I normally have my screening checks in Ely but they no longer offer appointments on a Thursday so I've come here instead. I was pleased that the checks have continued for the past two years and the staff you see at appointments are always friendly.

The screening took place throughout covid pandemic which was great but had to go to the hospital rather than having the clinic in Newmarket but the care and advice has been good.

I've continued to have my screening throughout covid, may be a bit delayed but has happened. The staff are always great and explain everything to me in a friendly way, its a great service.
good service but inaccessible if no transport

My mother reported a good service but venue has no bus service, is out of town so expensive for taxi fares and too far too walk. If you have no one to take you and you need to rely on driving then not all of the tests can be done. You need to balance the cost of a base alongside accessibility for those likely to be in benefit poverty.

Screening works well, results go to the surgery and they can compare past years results.
