No long blood test waiting times, what a breath of fresh air. Got in within minutes of my appointment time. Very friendly staff. Very pleased with the experience.

Difficulty getting an urgent appointment

Difficulty getting an urgent appointment now they have stopped the "walk in" service and moved to an appointment only service. Tried to book on line today (23/01/20) and no appointments available until 30/01/20. This is forcing some patients to have to go to the WSH (a 40 mile round trip) where "walk in" appointments are available. Very stressful !!

Shame service has stopped in Woolpit.

Blood tests are now not done at woolpit i've been told that I will have to go in to Bury. This is ok for me but for the person I care for it's more difficult. The service has been good over the years, shame its stopped.

I use both the bookable and walk in services. Sometimes a bit of a wait but your name comes up when it's your turn. I have support from my carer to attend the appointments

Problems with technology recognising bookings, generally happy with service though

Until now it's been wonderful. Have had problems with the computer recognising our booked appointments in the last two weeks. Generally very happy with the service. Normally you go in either spot on your time or even early. A bit strange that staff don't need to wear gloves

Pretty good now it's settled The computer is difficult at times and doesn't recognize selections/ choices made. Generally walk in for an appointment. Feel that appointments on the phone are not as readily available.

No complaints. The system works well now, although not when it first started. Appointments run to time. I book by phone. The computer is a bit slow but ok to use

Lovely and friendly, very polite. Normally phone in to book my appointments which works well but today the computer didn't recognise me. Having a local clinic is much better than going to WSH
