Had a blood test the other day and was pleased at the difference compared to my last visit. I got one very quickly and easily

Online booking system works well and allows you to get an appointment when needed On one occasion I wasn't checked to see if I was still bleeding after the test and by the time I got home blood was down my arm. This has never happened before.

The computer is very self explanatory but older people do seem to struggle to use it. For me the service has worked well and was quick to use

Has improved since it started. Booking online makes it much easier to get appointments that tie in with other appointments at this health centre.
Walk in appointments are usually very quick

Walk in appointments are usually very quick. Most of the time waits are only about 5 minutes

To book on the computer in the health centre is ok - very slow to use but fairly simple.
On one occasion not enough blood was taken and not all staff listen when I'm explaining how best to take my blood as it is very difficult. They no longer ring to let you know your test results. You just have to wait until they send them out

Had a walk in appointment and was seen in 10 minutes.
Worked well today as I came straight from the doctors.

Overall care has been very good and it's a great system.
In the early days there were longer waiting times but these have now improved.
