Sometimes difficult when calling to get an appointment

Not used this service hugely but getting booked + walk in appointments. It's sometimes difficult when calling to get an appointment that coincided with the buses so it's easier to walk in
Issue with the computer

There does seem to be a bit of a consistency issue with the computer. Sometimes it works really well, other times not. Because I use buses I tend to walk in for an appointment on the day. I've not had a problem doing this in the 12 weeks and I've been attending every week; I have been seen quickly each time
Phoning for an appointment works well

Phoned up for an appointment when results sent to us; this works well.
It took a while to get used to the computer but now we are using it it is ok. Waiting times are very good; you are seen very quickly

Online booking works well. The way I'm using the system it works. The computer did take some time to get used to

The checking in computer is not easy to use; there is a delay on it. The pressure function doesn't seem consistent so it doesn't take the information. The idea is good it just doesn't work brilliantly. The staff and appointments all work well
Online booking works well

Staff are great. I come once a month. Online booking works well and I'm able to book in other family members. I'd prefer to have 3 members of staff on duty all the time
Got an appointment quickly

Booked by phone and got an appointment quite quickly. I did prefer the old take a ticket system because it was simple to use. I did have problems with the computer when checking in. I had a great phlebotomist last time. I didn't even feel the needle

No problems with getting an appointment as a walk in patient. I was told to have a blood test by my GP.
Using the computer is not that easy

The computer at the health centre is not easy for people to use and there is often a queue. Treatment however is good.
