All worked well

I used the computer at the health centre last week to book an appointment this week. It has all worked well but I didn't realise that I could call or book online.
Walk in waits haven't been too bad

Most of my appointments are walk ins and the waits haven't been too bad. Booking by phone or online is more tricky if you need a more urgent appointment . To plan ahead it would make sense to have more bootable appointments available.

How to book was a little unclear

I'm using the service for the first time following an nhs health check. I received a letter saying I had to call to make an appointment but it was unclear who I needed to call so at first I rang my surgery and they then advised me who to call. I booked the appointment and it was all ok.
Really improved in the last month

In the last month the service has really improved. I use the online system to book appointments which works really well. Everyone is working well now.
Don't think it works well

I don't think at it works very well. I tried using the online booking system and it worked once but not the second time. I prefered the walnut tree as it was in town and easier to access.
Easy and straight forward to get appointments

I call to book my appointments, it's much much better than the other system before. It's easy and straight forward to use and I can't fault them. So much better than the old system. I use the system 1-3 times a week and I've also had walk in appointments and that worked really well too.

E system has worked ok for me and I've always walked I for appointments. I've used the computer system to check in and that's been ok too.
Got walk in appointment easily

I used the service for the first time today and managed to get a walk in appointment on a Monday morning with only a brief wait. I was told this was the only way to get an appointment but now know I can phone and book online as well. I did find the computer a little difficult to use initially.
Longer waits than before

I feel that I now have to wait longer with the new system that has been introduced and that calling the booking line has lots of options to choose from. I would've prefered the old ticket system to stay in place.
