Appointments fill up quickly

I have fortnightly blood tests but booking appointments needs to be done immediately after the last appointment as they fill up so quickly. I preferred the old system of taking a ticket. For older people or those that can't drive the new system is difficult. They have used a phlebotomist and possibly volunteers to help people book in. For people reliant on buses it becomes very difficult and means long waits as the buses are so irregular. The old system seemed to work much more smoothly.

The old system when you took a ticket for a blood tests appointment was much better. If you're not used to a computer the new system is not easy.

The service is great but why use a trained phlebotomist to help people to use the booking in computer.
New system for blood tests ok

I used the new blood test system and didn't have a problem but can see that for people who aren't computer literate it could be difficult.
