Really improved

It has really improved. The computer is much better + larger font is on the screen. Staff have always been good. I have regular blood tests and book my appointments by phone when I get my letters through.

Normally I call to book appointments which works well but I've also had walk ins and this is good too.
I tend to go to the reception to get help booking the appointment as I don't use computers.

I phone to book appointments which works well. I've been able to get an appointment when I've needed one and the process works well.
Computer is difficult to use.

The computer is difficult to use and I prefer to go to the receptionist for them to check me in

I called yesterday and made the appointment for today which was great. They were very accommodating as I said I'd prefer to be seen at Sudbury and they arranged it.

My husband had a doctor's appointment this morning and was told to have a blood test. The receptionist helped us book using the computer

In the last year it has improved. I call to book and this works well. We used the computer for the 1st time and it was straightforward enough. Generally happy with the service.
Booking online hasn't been a problem

Booking online has not been a problem for me but I have just helped an elderly gentleman use to use the check in computer. This is my first visit using the service

Getting appts for residents is not a problem, all on line. Having walk in names appear and then disappear when you check in does anger some people as they think you are jumping the queue

Very impressed with the service. It works well now; it did have teeting problems but these have settled.
